Anna Fitzgerald Healy

 

 

Anna grew up in coastal Maine. Her writing draws on her childhood in rural New England and cold winter nights curled up on the couch watching black-and-white movies. Anna studied acting at Emerson College and at the Accademia dell’Arte in Italy. She spent several years living abroad in the Netherlands, Italy, and Indonesia. Now she lives in California, in a tiny cottage beside a giant cactus with a view of the Hollywood sign.

Her writing has appeared in several literary magazines and short-story anthologies. Etiquette is her debut novel, best paired with a cheese plate and a spritz. She is currently working on her second novel.

When she's not writing about herself in the third person, Anna enjoys trail running, conducting experiments in the kitchen, and exploring the California desert. Someday she dreams of a shadow career as a picnic influencer.
